Emile Ladougne est né le 6 Juillet 1881 à Agen. En 1907,il prend contact avec le constructerur Goupy pour acheter un triplan,difficile à manoeuvrer,Emile ladougne voit qu'il n'a rien à tirer de cet appareil.C'est pour cette raison qu'il décidera de construire...
